Return & Exchange services are available on all orders.

For return
Please contact us via email or Live Chat, and state the reason for return within 7days of receipt. But please be sure the item in the original condition as we sent and use a 100% safe transportation company to send the item back. When we get the return item, we will offer refund to you in 3-5 business days, the postage and a 15% restocking fee will be reduced from the refund amount.

For exchange
Exchange one time only for each item. Firstly, please contact us via email, stating the exchange reason and which item will be exchanged, but only equal price be accepted or pay differentials in item(s). Secondly, exchange only allowed for the item(s) which is defective or be damaged during delivery upon receipt or the item(s) does not fit. Thirdly, The item(s) must be returned within 7days of delivery and you should pay 24GBP for all the shipping charges causing by the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will ship the replace item(s) out only when we received 100% original condition and 100% unworn item(s).

For Cancellation:
If your order be stopped before we ship your item out, we will offer refund in 3-5 business days.
If your order already was dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it, you must return the item back in original condition and unworn. When we get the return item, we will offer refund in 5-10 business days.
After we got your payment, we will prepare your shipment at once. If you would like to cancel it, please notify us as soon as possible via email or Live Chat.
